I often tell others on the tennis tour, that we have a lot more in common as human beings than we have differences.
Nothing brings me greater sadness than to see a person who criticizes another harshly, accusatively, and threateningly. It is just not necessary. I became a follower of Christ because I saw kind people who were Christians not doing that. I am 'right' and 'you are wrong' mentality goes no where except towards tearing down. But this is not the same thing as 'the Bible is right and I/you are wrong. If tearing down is the action of a Christian why would anyone want to be a Christian, but on the other-hand if building up is the action of a Christian, many want to believe.
Care for other people and be kind to them. The Bible states: "(Jesus speaking) A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." - John 13:35
If you are having difficultly in your church or with an individual, then move to another church or stop talking about individuals and by all means do not "bash'.. If you do not like what a church, a Pastor or a person is doing, focus on improving yourself and pray for the situation. That is LOVE of Christ-in-us in action.
