Monday January 28 -God will keep him (you) in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on God: because he (you) trusts in Him (God). - Isaiah 26:3
God will become your peace only when He becomes your constant focus.

Tuesday January 29 - He (You) who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps himself from calamity. - Proverbs 21:23
If you don't want to hear about it for the rest of your life, don't sow the seeds of it into the minds of others. Words breathe life into everything.

Wednesday January 30 - The words of a talebearer (gossiper) are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts. - Proverbs 18:8
Your words will either wound or heal.

Thursday January 31 - A wholesome tongue is a tree of life - Proverbs 15:4
The issues you raise can live longer than the explanations you give.

Friday February 1 - If you have sinned, ask God to forgive you and He will. - 1 John 1:9
Focus on the future and put everything else in God's hands. If He can deliver you, then He can defend you; if He doesn't do either right away, He'll develop you.

Saturday February 2 - It's God's gift from start to finish! - Ephesians 2:8
There's nothing, absolutely nothing, you can do to make yourself more acceptable to God. Your religious denomination makes no difference. It's only a label; if you go up, it drops off, if you go down, it burns off.

Sunday February 3 - Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful." Colossians 4:2
You can't recover at a physical or emotional level, if you neglect the spiritual level.
